Relaxation Half Hour

These half hour, free, online sessions will continue fortnightly for the foreseeable future. They will be held on Wednesday evenings at 8pm and are open to anybody who feels in need of some relaxation and the chance to unwind.
Each session is a mixture of simple breathing and relaxation techniques, followed by a guided meditation. No previous experience is necessary and no special equipment is needed, other than a comfy place to sit or lie down. Just make sure you won't be disturbed for the half hour so you get the maximum benefit!
The first Half Hour will be on Wednesday, 13th January.
