We can all benefit from a little help to restore and maintain general health and wellbeing. These sessions will include relaxation and self-help techniques including qigong and gentle yoga, guided meditations and wellbeing information, all of which can easily be practised at home. Classes are stand alone so you are welcome to come to however many you can.
Classes will be held monthly at Shorelines in Finstown, on Thursdays from 7 - 8.30pm, on the following dates:
Each class costs £15, payable on the day. As space is limited, booking is essential.
